St. Paul police arrest man in woman’s death

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — St. Paul police have arrested a 53-year-old man in the death of a woman whose body was found in his apartment.

Officers were called to the apartment building about 6:40 a.m. Friday on a report of an injured woman. When police arrived they found the body of a woman inside the suspect's apartment. She was dead at the scene.

Police are investigating how the woman died. Her name was not released.

Police do not believe the death was random and are not looking for additional suspects.
