St. Paul Man Arrested on Suspicion of Murder in Wife’s Death

ST. PAUL (AP) - Police in St. Paul say they're arrested a man on suspicion of murder in the death of his wife.

Paramedics were called to a home in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood on a report of a person who suffered injuries in a fall May 12. Police say the 41-year-old woman had suffered a head injury and died Friday at Regions Hospital.

Police are investigating the death as suspicious, but haven't officially ruled it a homicide. The woman's 47-year-old husband was arrested Tuesday evening. The Ramsey County Attorney's Office is reviewing the case.
