St. Paul Man Allegedly Threatened Driver Over Handicap Spot
ST. PAUL (AP) — A St. Paul man is accused of using an air rifle disguised as a shotgun to threaten a driver who parked in a handicap spot.
Thirty-four-year-old Ryno Jonck was charged in Ramsey County with one count of terroristic threats for allegedly threatening two people Monday at an apartment complex.
According to the complaint, a woman and man parked their vehicle in a handicap space. Later, Jonck allegedly used his vehicle to block their vehicle and argued with them.
Jonck walked into the building and returned with a gun that looked like a shotgun. The woman and man apologized to Jonck for parking in the space.
The complaint says Jonck denied making a threat and told authorities he brought the gun for his own safety.
