St. Martin Residents Injured in Crash

Stearns County authorities say charges are possible in a one vehicle crash early Sunday in St. Martin. When deputies arrived they discovered a vehicle driven by 36-year old Mark Thelen had left County Road 12 near the intersection of Stearns County Road 195 that struck a power pole and tree. Thelen and his passenger, 33 year old Lucy Jo Thelen, were taken to Paynesville Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Alcohol was supected to be the cause of the crash.
