ST. JOSEPH -- The City Of St. Joseph will decide whether to rejoin the St. Cloud Regional Human Right's Office at tomorrow's (Thursday) council meeting.

In 2010 St. Joseph and St. Cloud entered into a Joint Powers Agreement that helped fund the Regional Human Right's Office.

In December of last year St. Joseph withdrew funding and ended their agreement. St. Cloud wants to fund the office for a period of 30 months with all six metro area cities.

Sartell voted on Monday night to join. Sauk Rapids talked about joining but has not made a decision.
