St. Joseph Man Survives Deadly Semi Crash in Northeastern Minnesota

SAGINAW --A St. Joseph man survived and Chisholm man died in a crash in Saginaw yesterday (Monday) afternoon.

The incident happened at about 4:00 p.m. in the intersection of Highway 53 and Shipley Road.

The state patrol says 52-year-old Martin Jance of Chisholm was driving his semi with a trailer northbound on Highway 53, when he rear-ended another semi with a trailer driven by 39-year-old Joseph Faber of St. Joseph.

Jance died in the crash and Faber was not hurt.
