SPICER -- A St. Joseph man was hurt in a two vehicle crash after his 2002 Saturn went into the ditch in Kandiyohi County.

The crash happened at about 3:45 p.m. this afternoon (Tuesday) on Highway 23 north of Spicer.

37-year-old Justin Johnson, of St. Joseph, was traveling north when an International truck changed lanes and clipped the rear driver's side of Johnson's Saturn.

The Saturn then spun out, hit a tree in the center of the median, crossed the southbound lane and came to a rest in the ditch.

Johnson was taken to Rice Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

54-year-old David Dahl, of Willmar, was the driver of the International truck. He was not hurt in the crash.
