St. Joseph City Council Furthers Plans for New College of St. Benedict Student Facilities [AUDIO]

ST. JOSEPH – The College of St. Benedict will see new student housing, among other developments.
The St. Joseph City Council voted last night to pre-approve the platting, zoning and construction of a 8-unit townhouse project along County Rd. 121.
City Administrator Judy Weyrens says the project has been in committee since the summer, and has finally reached an action phase.

The property is about 54 acres. In addition to the student housing, plan include welcome and visitor’s centers, recreational space and athletic fields.
