ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud's Madison Elementary is filled to capacity.  The District 742 school board is holding a special meeting tonight (Tuesday) to talk about how they want to handle the growing enrollment at the school.

Superintendent Bruce Watkins says he's recommending enclosing an existing courtyard, which would create two new classrooms.

Watkins says the remodeling would cost about $325,000, with the money coming from the district's capital fund.

A successful Chinese Immersion Program, and an influx of new students in that school district in the past couple of years, have lead to the overcrowding problem.
