St. Cloud Woman Charged in November Stabbing [VIDEO]
ST. CLOUD -- A St. Cloud woman faces up to 7 years in prison for allegedly stabbing a man last November.
39-year-old Maritza Lockett is charged with 2nd degree assault with a dangerous weapon and 5th degree assault after an altercation in St. Cloud.
According to the criminal complaint, St. Cloud Police responded to a reported stabbing in the 3600 block of Division Street West around 1:00 a.m. on November 25th, 2016.
The male victim said he had been stabbed by Lockett in his right shoulder. The victim told police he had attempted to dodge her assault.
Another witness at the scene told authorities he saw Lockett "grab an object and jab it" at the victim's shoulder.
In addition to prison time, Lockett could also face a $14,000 dollar fine.
