St. Cloud to Hold Notification Meeting for Level III Sex Offender

ST. CLOUD - A Community Notification Meeting is scheduled for next week in St. Cloud for a Level III sex offender moving into town.

The St. Cloud Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Corrections will hold the meeting on Tuesday, May 28th at 6:00 p.m. at the St. Cloud City Hall.

Fifty-five year old Randy Strunk has a history of sexual contact with females ages 15 to adult.  He used force to gain compliance.  And he knew each of his victims.

He is planning on moving to the 900 block of 13th Avenue South on June 3rd.
