ST. CLOUD -- The St. Cloud Park and Recreation Advisory Board tomorrow (Tuesday)will again take up the discussion of a tobacco-free ordinance in city parks.

The board won't be taking any action, but rather will continue discussions which have taken place since 2006.

Parks Director Scott Zlotnik has outlined some concerns about tobacco use in parks including litter, clean-up costs and second hand smoke.

The ordinance is being discussed to include all parks, recreation facility grounds, trails and open space with in the city limits.
