ST. CLOUD – Over 260 students from Central Minnesota schools are presenting their exhibits at the regional History Day event in the Atwood Memorial Center at St. Cloud State University.

The event includes 6th-12th graders from public, private and home schools in the area. Exhibits are exploring the theme “Rights and Responsibilities” as part of a statewide program.

Thousands of students across the state are also competing. Winners of the regional events will advance to State History Day on May 5th at the University of Minnesota.

State winners will move on to the national competition in June at Washington D.C.
