St. Cloud Salvation Army Leaders Leaving [AUDIO]
ST. CLOUD – The St. Cloud Salvation Army is getting a new Major.
Major Steven Koehler and his wife Melody have been reassigned to Grandview, Missouri — just outside of Kansas City. The Koehlers have been in St. Cloud for just a year, but he says the local volunteers have left an impression on him.
The Koehler’s last day on the job will be June 24th.
The new Majors for the St. Cloud Salvation Army are Lee and Melody Morrison from Bismark, North Dakota.
Also, the Salvation Army is holding a dedication ceremony for their chapel on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. They’ll be honoring the late Martha Pool Bogard. Her estate gave a significant contribution.
The chapel has been open since January.
