ST. CLOUD — The city of St. Cloud has released the results of their summer-long alcohol and cigarette compliance checks.

Between June 16th and August 19th, two businesses sold alcohol to an undercover minor. They are TGI Fridays and the VFW Granite Post 428.

Eight businesses sold tobacco to an underage person working for the police department. The businesses who failed the tobacco compliance checks are two Speedstop stores, Mr. Nice Guys, Pilot Travel Center, Schmidty’s Superette, Smoke to Go, Super America and the Liquor Shoppe.

The businesses face civil fines and the workers of those businesses are being charged with a crime.
