ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud police had to use a taser on a man who they say was acting strange. Officers were called to a home in the 4200 block of County Road 120 at about 10:20 last (Wednesday) night.

The caller told police a man was acting suspiciously near their garage. When police arrived the man removed his shirt and was acting erratically, running back and forth in the street, jumping up and down, and at one point ran toward the approaching squad cars. He refused to comply with officers orders, and had to be subdued with a taser.

He's been identified as 23-year-old David Booth of St. Cloud. He was examined at St. Cloud Hospital, then brought to the Stearns County Jail. He's facing charges of obstructing the legal process.
