St. Cloud Police Catch Minneapolis Man With Drugs

ST. CLOUD – St. Cloud police captured a burglary suspect after a short foot chase Saturday night.

Officers were called to the 1500 block of Killian Boulevard Southeast just before 11pm and contacted 38-year old Rashee Nikko Henry of Minneapolis walking towards the front of the residence.  Police say Henry did not comply with directions given by the officers and a foot pursuit ensued.

Henry was taken into custody behind the residence.

Officers also located a stocking hat in the area where Henry fled containing 8.4 grams of crack cocaine and 15.9 grams of marijuana.

Henry was charged with fleeing police on foot, obstructing the legal  process, 2nd degree possession of a controlled substance, and 2nd degree possession with intent to sell.

Henry did not gain access to the residence.

He’s being held in the Sherburne County Jail on those charges.
