St. Cloud Police Arrest Monticello Man on Threats Charges

ST. CLOUD - A Monticello man got himself arrested Friday night after an incident in St. Cloud.

Police arrested 29-year-old Troy Powers in the 2700 block of 16th Street South following a threats complaint.

An investigation revealed that Powers had threatened a 52-year-old St. Cloud man.

Powers was taken into custody, booked and released from the Stearns County Jail.
