St. Cloud Officers Rescue Driver From Water

 
ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud Police and firefighters rescued a man who had driven off the road and into four feet of water last night.

The accident occurred at County Road 134 and Old Highway 52 around 11 p.m. last night. Officers located a vehicle that ran off the road and was submerged in the water.

Thirty-six-year old Joseph Andria was taken to St. Cloud Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. It's believed that Andria was under the influence of alcohol during the incident. Andria is facing possible DWI charges pending test results.
