St. Cloud Metro Gets Dumped on with Heavy Rain Wednesday Evening

UNDATED - A wide range of rainfall totals around the area from yesterday (Wednesday). Officially we had 1.57 inches at the St. Cloud Regional Airport. Our listeners reporting anywhere from two inches to three-and-a-half inches in Sartell and Sauk Rapids.

However, other places like Cold Spring and Becker had only a trace.

The rain forced the cancellation of several events last night including Summertime By George and the St. Cloud Rox game.

We've had 5.29 inches of rain in St. Cloud so far in July, that's 3.63 inches above normal.

More rounds of rain are in the forecast over the next several days.
