ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis has announced his 2016 Rock-On Award winners...

2) John Smith and the Promise Neighborhood
3) Partner for Student Success

The winners will all be honored during the Granite City Days opening celebration at St. Cloud State University at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.

Rock-On Awards are given out to those in the community who have shown civic participation, leadership and achievements.
