St. Cloud Man Indicted for Allegedly Robbing East St. Cloud Bank

MINNEAPOLIS - A 36-year-old man has been indicted in federal court for allegedly robbing an east St. Cloud Bank.

Fehd El Mehdi Kourima is accused of robbing the TCF Bank in the Cashwise East store on Sunday, May 5th.

Officials say Kourima walked into the bank at about 12:30 p.m., and gave the teller a note that said "Put as many $100 bills as you can into this envelope in 15 seconds and no one gets hurt".

After receiving the money, he left the bank and ran into a vehicle parked outside.  He later called St. Cloud police and admitted to the robbery.
