St. Cloud Man Hurt After Going Off Road Into the Sauk River

ST. CLOUD -- A St. Cloud man is hurt after his vehicle went off the road and into the Sauk River in St. Cloud tonight (Tuesday).

The incident happened just after 9:00 p.m. on Highway 15 at County Road 120.

The state patrol says 55-year-old Kevin Kissner, of St. Cloud, was heading south on Highway 15 when he had a medical incident, went into the median, then vaulted into the river landing upright.

He was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
