St. Cloud Man Hurt After Being Ejected From Vehicle In Rollover

WAITE PARK -- A St. Cloud man is hurt after being ejected from a vehicle in a rollover crash Wednesday afternoon in Waite Park.

The Waite Park Police Department says the incident happened shortly after 2:30 p.m. at the entrance of Quarry Park on County Road 137.

Reports say the driver, 25-year-old Nicholas Tollefson of Waite Park, was driving erratically when the vehicle went into the ditch and rolled. Tollefson was wearing a seat belt and was not hurt in the crash.

Tollefson's passenger, 21-year-old Tanner Burchett of St. Cloud, was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle. He was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Tollefson was charged with misdemeanor reckless driving.
