St. Cloud Man Charged With Trying to Force Sex on Young Teen

ST. CLOUD -- A St. Cloud man faces criminal sexual conduct charges after he allegedly tried to force sex on a 14-year-old girl.

Nineteen-year-old Mohamed Abdirahman Salah has been charged with three felony counts of criminal sexual conduct for the incident March 26th.

According to the charging complaint, Salah had agreed to give the girl a ride back to her home in Blaine when he pulled into a parking lot and asked for oral sex. The girl refused and Salah allegedly tried to get her to touch his exposed genitals.

Salah is accused of climbing on top of her grabbing her hand again and pulling at her scarf. She was able to flee the vehicle and call police.

Salah left the scene but returned to talk to police. He told officers he thought the girl was 19 and that she agreed to sex in exchange for a ride but changed her mind. He said no sexual contact occurred.
