St. Cloud Man Arrested For Alleged Sexual Assault

WAITE PARK -- Waite Park police have arrested a 44-year-old St. Cloud man for allegedly sexually assaulting a 47-year-old woman.

The incident happened on Friday morning at about 5:30 a.m. in the 800 block of 1st Street South.

Presley Harmon is expected to be charged 3rd Degree Sexual Conduct, Terroristic Threats, and False Imprisonment.
