St. Cloud Man Arrested for Alleged Sexual and Disorderly Conduct

ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud Police have arrested a man for alleged criminal sexual conduct and disorderly conduct.

The incident happened at 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, 29-year-old Cyrus Hyneh is accused of inappropriately touching people and causing damage at the Central MN Mental Health Detox Facility.

Hyneh was arrested and taken to the Stearns County Jail where he'll face charges of 5th degree criminal sexual conduct and disorderly conduct.
