St. Cloud Man Arrested for Alleged Drunk Driving

ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud police have arrested a 40-year-old St. Cloud man for allegedly driving drunk.

Officers stopped Johnny Carter in the 2100 block of Highway 23 at about 1:30 a.m. this (Wednesday) morning.

Carter is facing charges of 1st degree DWI, 1st degree DWI test refusal, and driving without a valid license.
