St. Cloud Man Arrested, Facing Multiple Charges

ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud police arrested a man for allegedly driving drunk.

Officers spotted a vehicle driving with no headlights at about 4:00 a.m. on Sunday in the 900 block of Cooper Avenue South.

The driver was 49-year-old Dewayne Smith of St. Cloud.

He is suspected of being drunk.  He also had a cancelled drivers license.  Police also later learned he may have been involved in a theft on the 2500 block of Division Street.
