St. Cloud Man Arrested During Felony Traffic Stop

 
ST. CLOUD - A St. Cloud man was arrested at about 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday during a felony traffic stop.

19-year-old Malcolm Cooper was arrested on suspicion of aggravated robbery, 2nd degree assault and terroristic threats.

The arrest is related to an incident that was reported on March 8th in St. Cloud. Cooper is being held at the Benton County Jail awaiting charges.
