St. Cloud Man Arrested After Alleged Assault

ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud police have arrested a 25-year-old man after an alleged assault.

The incident happened at about 7:30 p.m. on Friday in the 900 block of West St. Germain Street.

A 30-year-old St. Cloud resident says he was punched in the face by Codey Weitzel.  As officers were taking Weitzel into custody he began kicking the officer.  The officer did not need medical attention.
