St. Cloud Man Arrested After Alleged Assault

ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud police have arrested a 23-year-old man for an alleged assault.

Officers were called to the 1300 block of 11th Avenue South at about 2:30 a.m. on Sunday.

Cory Homan is accused of strangling a 25-year-old woman.  During the fight, the woman got a knife away from Homan and cut him with it.  He was treated for minor injuries, then brought to the Stearns County Jail.

He's expected to be charged with a felony.
