St. Cloud Man Accused Of Selling Stolen Boats on Ebay

FARGO - A St. Cloud man is facing federal charges of stealing boats and trailers and re-selling them on Ebay.

According to Federal court documents in Fargo, Robert Berry re-painted the stolen boats and changed their original identification numbers.

Federal prosecutors say Berry and his co-conspirators transported the boats and trailers across state lines and re-registered them in North Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

A letter from Berry's Attorney, John Goff of Fargo, says Berry has entered into a plea agreement with prosecutors.  The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
