ST. CLOUD - Residents in the St. Cloud metro area who are at risk of becoming homeless are encouraged to attend an event tomorrow (Wednesday).

The 3rd annual Project Homeless Connect is being held from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the St. Cloud Public Library.

Patrick Shepard is the Family Resource Director for Tri-Cap.  He says they'll be bringing a lot of resources together in one location.

Some of the agencies participating include: County Human Services, Catholic Charities, Salvation Army, Project Heal, Cost Cutters will be giving free hair cuts, and there will be free cell phone use available.

Shepard says there will also be employment agencies at the event.

Over 250 people who are homeless, or the most at risk of becoming homeless, are expected to attend the event.

There is no registration required.
