St. Cloud Comes Together for 19th Annual Way of the Cross

ST. CLOUD -- Many gathered for the traditional Way of the Cross event at St. Mary's Cathedral this (Friday) afternoon.

The 19th annual event continues to grow and attract new comers every year.

Coordinator John Steichen says "every year there is new people here [Way of the Cross event] that we haven't met before."

Way of the Cross features a walk from the church to Lake George. Steichen says during the walk people meditate, sing and celebrate the Lord's passion.

The event was sponsored by Communion and Liberation, a nonprofit within the catholic church.
