ST. CLOUD - For the second time in seven months St. Cloud city councilwoman Nancy Gohman has resigned from her position. Gohman sent a resignation letter to the city today (Tuesday) saying that she was stepping down as the representative of Ward 2 effective immediately for personal reasons.

Gohman first resigned back in October, stating a fear of a possible conflict of interest, after her husband's company, Gohman Construction, was awarded a contract to work on the planned Aquatic and Community Center.

Gohman then ran for, and won her seat back, in November after a tight race with former councilwoman Sonja Hayden Berg that called for a recount.
