ST. CLOUD -- St. Cloud has lifted the Snow Emergency.

Streets have been cleared enough for the city to lift the designation.

A Snow Emergency designation means illegally parked cars are towed without warning.

The city of St. Cloud says that as of 11:00 a.m. today, the streets have been cleared of snow enough to lift the emergency.

Winter parking restrictions will be lifted a week from Friday.
