St. Cloud Cancels Snow Emergency
ST. CLOUD -- St. Cloud has lifted the Snow Emergency.
Streets have been cleared enough for the city to lift the designation.
A Snow Emergency designation means illegally parked cars are towed without warning.
The city of St. Cloud says that as of 11:00 a.m. today, the streets have been cleared of snow enough to lift the emergency.
Winter parking restrictions will be lifted a week from Friday.
