The St. Cloud boys hockey team beat Cathedral 4-2 Thursday at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center. Noah Bissett led St. Cloud with a pair of goals.

Cathedral's Reagan Garden got the scoring started early in the first period with a breakaway goal past St. Cloud goaltender Soren Falloon.

A flurry of goals late in the first period gave St. Cloud a 3-1 lead after one period that they would not relinquish. Bissett scored his first goal of the game at 12:02, followed by a goal from Keaton Skaja at 13:16 and capped by Bissett's second goal at 13:30.

Brad Amundson scored for St. Cloud at 7:36 of the second period to make the score 4-1 before Jake Van Halbeck tallied a short-handed goal for Cathedral to cut the lead to 4-2 at 16:37.
