ST. CLOUD - First responders in the St. Cloud area are tweaking and reinforcing protocols to be ready for Ebola. St. Cloud Fire Chief Bill Mund says the moves start with the 911 dispatchers.

Mund says, if those answers are yes, the first responders will take enhanced precautions.

Mund says his trucks are already equipped with the equipment. However, order more has been difficult because of a backlog.

He says "they're taking it seriously, but it's a blood born pathogen and they've done training and provided protection for a number of years for those types of things."

The Fire Department is the first responder in the city of St.  Cloud.
