St. Cloud Area Citizens Walk To Fight ALS

ST. CLOUD -- Residents from around the area are preparing to join The Walk to Defeat ALS Saturday - a dryer approach to fighting the disease.

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has taken the nation by storm, but if you want to help fight the disease without getting soaked in freezing water, sign up for the Walk to Defeat ALS tomorrow.

The walk is the ALS Association's biggest annual fundraising event and participants can sign up as an individual or as part of a team.

The walk takes place tomorrow at Eastman Park and Lake George at 10:00 a.m. with an 8:30 a.m. check-in.
