ST. CLOUD - A St. Cloud architectural and engineering firm has moved to a new location, which will allow them to grow.

"iiw Minnesota" founder David Leapaldt says their new location above the Central Minnesota Community Foundation in downtown St. Cloud will allow them to add up to three more employees.

Their main focus is working on K-12 schools. Leapaldt says their biggest challenge is addressing security concerns.

Leapaldt says they're currently working on the remodeling projects of several District 742 buildings, as well as the district's possible new high school.

He says "iiw Minnesota" also looking to expand into the senior healthcare field.
