Collectively with the Boys Scouts, St. Cloud State University and the Mayor’s Office they plan to host an air event.

They are looking at potentially bringing in exhibits from the Tuskegee Airmen and the Red Tail.

Singleton says there has been some consideration about offering rides in old vintage airplanes.

Youth Initiative Mentoring Academy is looking forward to bringing the kids back to the airport for the event in July.

There is no word yet on any official dates.
