St. Ben’s, SCSU Receive Legacy Amendment Grants

ST. CLOUD/ST. JOSEPH -- The College of St. Benedict and St. Cloud State University are both receiving grant money from the Minnesota Historical Society.

St. Ben's will receive nearly $7,000 to conduct 30 interviews that will document the history of the school in preparation for it's sesquicentennial.

SCSU will get just over $6,000 to acquire 114 rolls of newspapers on microfilm for the research library.

65 organizations throughout Minnesota are receiving money in the latest round of grants.  The grant money comes from the Land and Legacy Amendment.
