St. Ben’s Basketball Tops Macalester

The St. Ben's basketball team defeated Macalester 62-50 Wednesday night in St. Joseph.  St. Ben's led by 3 at halftime and increased the lead in the 2nd half.  Heather Gillund led the Blazers with 13 points and Amy Stifter added 12 points.  St. Ben's is 9-1 overall and 6-1 in the MIAC.  The Blazers will host Concordia-Moorhead at 3pm Saturday.
