ST. CLOUD -- Over 250 business leaders and CEOs gathered at the Rivers Edge Convention Center for the Anderson Center's Speakers Forum.

The Forum is one of three put on by the Anderson Center where speakers address up-and-coming entrepreneurs, and share their success stories.

Brad Rixmann is the founder and CEO of Pawn America and today's keynote speaker. He says it was a tough road getting his business going.

One of his main points he addressed today is that decision making is vital to a successful business.

Rixmann says he has learned from networking with mentors, engaging other business leaders and listening to feedback from his family, friends and staff.

He says wouldn't change the path he took in business and values the lessons he has learned along the way.

After opening his first store in 1991, Rixmann now has 27 locations in four states, including one in St. Cloud.
