Something for Everyone at Royalton’s Platte River Day

ROYALTON -- With a parade, an eating contest and a 4 hour street dance, Royalton's set to celebrate Platte River Day in a big way Saturday.

The fun kicks off with the 12 annual Platte river 5K Run/Walk at 8:30 a.m. After that is the all-important parade at 10:30 a.m.

Mac and Cheese eating contest starts up at 5:00 p.m. and a street dance kicks off at 8:oo p.m. to Midnight, and features the Gregory James Band.
