MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — The University of Minnesota is putting out the call for snow shovelers at TCF Bank Stadium ahead of Saturday's Big Ten game between the Gophers and Ohio State.

This week's snowstorm left tons of snow in the stands. Shoveling started Wednesday, and shovelers are needed for two shifts each on Thursday and Friday.

Pay is $10 an hour — not cash — and shovels are provided.

A Minnesota football team spokesman says because of drifting, some areas of the stadium need "significant shoveling" to get the stadium ready for Saturday.

Volunteers must be 18 or older and need to bring two forms of ID, with one being either a Social Security card or a birth certificate.
