Snow, Mixed Precip Through the Weekend

UNDATED - Something rare for us this winter, an active weather pattern.  The National Weather Service says snow will gradually come to an end this (Friday) afternoon.  Accumulations will be between 1 and 2 inches.

Also, precipitation is expected late Saturday into Sunday.  It will start out as rain, then gradually change over to snow, producing light accumulation.

In addition, strong winds in excess of 30 miles an hour will develop Saturday night into Sunday.
