Snow Causes Pileup In I-35 Tunnels In Duluth
DULUTH (AP) — Interstate 35 through the tunnels of downtown Duluth has reopened after two dozen vehicles crashed during snowy weather.
The pileup happened around 10:30 a.m. Thursday and closed southbound lanes of the interstate north of Lake Avenue. The lanes were reopened nearly three hours later.
The Minnesota State Patrol says there were injuries, but the extent of injuries was not immediately known. No one was killed.
