UPDATE: Slick Roads Making For Difficult Travel Conditions

UNDATED - The Minnesota State Patrol says they responded to a number of crashes today (Wednesday).

Statewide there has been 481 crashes - 53 with injuries, there were eight semis that jackknifed, and there was about 700 vehicles that went into the ditch.

The State Patrol says one person was killed in a crash today, bringing the fatalities this week to five.

These numbers are from midnight through 9:00 p.m. today.
